  • Due to labor shortages and shipping delays with our manufacturers, we are experiencing delays in being able to fulfill orders. Instock orders typically ship within 48 hours of receiving the order, but dropshipments or items that are on backorder with the manufacturer may take up to and additional two weeks to process over standard delivery times.

    US Domestic Orders

    US Domestic Orders are shipped via UPS. Standard orders are processed and shipped via UPS Ground. Due to shipping delays from manufacturers, expedited shipping may not be available. If you select expedited shipping during checkout and it is unable to be honored, the expedited charges will be refunded immediately, and the order reverted back to standard shipping upon our contact to you with this change.

    Orders are processed and scheduled for delivery immediately upon payment authorization.

    UPS currently offers Ground services, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Standard Overnight.

    UPS deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

    UPS Shipping Guarantee

    Upon receipt of shipments from our warehouse, Uniforms2Gear releases all responsibility for guarantee of delivery, and UPS assumes the responsibility to ensure that the order is delivered on time and damage-free.

    In the case that an order is not delivered due to a failure on UPS or in a damaged condition, Uniforms2Gear must be notified in writing or by telephone within seven (7) calendar days. We will ensure that UPS is able to locate the shipment, or they will cover the cost of the replacement order and we will expedite it to you. Any claims made after seven (7) calendar days will not be honored by UPS and no replacement order can be processed.

    UPS’s delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are scheduled to be delivered between December 12 and December 25.

    Shipping costs are determined by direct connection to UPS, and are variable based on the size and weight of the order, the delivery location, and other factors that UPS uses to determine pricing. If you ever feel that the shipping costs are inaccurate, please contact us!
