At Uniforms2Gear, we stand by our customers. If you receive an item that you no longer want or need, or simply discover that you ordered the wrong item, we’ll use the best of our abilities to fix the problem.
First off, this means we don’t like restocking fees and we figure you don’t either. If the mistake is ours, we’ll pay for the shipping to return it. If in that rare case, the mistake is yours, ship it back to us, and we’ll send you the correct item or refund you the credit. Rest assured that you’ll be working with a team who wants to make sure you’re as satisfied as possible with entire shopping experience!
Everything we make, we stand behind. If we make it, expect it have at least a one year warranty.
If you receive a product that is defective, or becomes defective throughout the life of you using it, please let us know. Making sure you are taken care of and satisfied is our number 1 priority, so let us go to the manufacturers on your behalf to assist with the exchange or replacement of any issues. We try to team with the best manufacturers, so in most cases, we can get something worked out to make sure the problem is fixed.
